Year 10 Mock Exam Friday 25th January

GCSE Pupils will be tested on the following topics:
  • Methods of Training
  • Health related exercise and skill related components of fitness
  • SMART Targets & The Principles of Training
  • The Exercise Session, Warm up & Cool Downs. Analyzing training sessions & Measuring heart rate.
  • How to plan a PEP
